Welcome to paleGrass (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using this website and the game Lisa: Silence in the Rain (“the Game”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Age Requirement

This website and the Game contain adult material intended for audiences 18+ only.

By accessing the website or downloading the Game, you confirm:

  • You are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

  • It is legal for you to view adult content in your jurisdiction.

  • You will not allow minors to access the content.

We are not responsible for unlawful access by minors or individuals in restricted jurisdictions.

2. Fictional Content

All characters, events, and scenarios depicted in the Game or on this website are entirely fictional.

  • All characters are 18 years of age or older within the narrative.

  • Any similarity to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.

  • No real individuals are represented.


3. Use of the Game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play the Game for private use.

You may not:

  • Upload the Game or its assets to any platform without explicit permission.

  • Modify or alter the game’s core files in a way that enables redistribution, bypasses security, or creates derivative commercial works.

However, you may:

  • Create personal mods, patches, or add-ons for your own use.

  • Share mods as long as:

    • they require an official copy of the Game,

    • they do not include original game assets, and

    • they are non-commercial

4. Supporter Access & Third-Party Platforms

Supporter tiers and subscription payments may be managed by third-party services (for example, SubscribeStar, CCBill, or other payment processors).

  • We do not control their platform availability, account actions, or payment processing systems. Certain billing, payment method updates, charge handling, and account management functions may be handled directly by the relevant third-party provider.

  • Any payment disputes or processor-specific billing issues must be handled through the corresponding platform or payment provider where applicable.


4A. Memberships, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly (or at the interval specified at checkout).

  • By purchasing a membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the stated billing interval until cancelled.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time. When cancelled, access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once processed. Refunds, billing inquiries, and charge disputes are handled directly by the payment processor. Customers may contact the billing provider through the support information provided on the payment confirmation or their billing statement.

5. Updates & Early Access

The Game is an in-development project. Features may change or be removed at any time.

We do not guarantee:

  • Release dates

  • Compatibility with all devices or systems

  • That early access versions will be bug-free

6. Intellectual Property

All game assets, artwork, designs, writing, animations, and media on this website are the property of paleGrass unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and Game are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted access

  • error-free gameplay

  • compatibility with all systems

Use is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or Game.

  • We are not liable for content accessed through third-party services or links
